The Yoga style I teach is a meditative, heart opening, relaxing yet strengthening and grounding practice.

My approach to Yoga is a devotional approach, as in a way of doing a moving meditation, a prayer to your own heart to your own Self in motion.
For now I am offering 1 Yoga class per week
always on Thursday evening from 6-7 pm (in English).

(The payment can be done afterwards via Bizum, Paypal or similar or if you live close by in person.)
Right now these classes are online, but when the weather gets warmer I will also offer them on the beach (in Mojácar).

I have been practicing Yoga on my own path for my self since 2002, trying out many different styles and approaches of Yoga, but had never had the calling to get the official certification for teaching others until the summer of 2020.
I have completed now a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Bhakti Nova School of Yoga becoming a certified Yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance.
In my teaching I am incorporating loads of gems from this in-depth study and also from my own personal experience of 18 years of practicing many different styles of Yoga, like Amrita Yoga, Agama Yoga, Shivananda Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga (meaning the balance of Yin & Yang), many Raja Yoga practices and more…
